These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to mobile auto detailing services requested from ZK Detailers (“ZK Detailers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting the website form is a booking request, not a guaranteed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after ZK Detailers accepts the request and confirms the service date, time, location, package, and expected price with you.
2. Services and Estimates
Package descriptions and posted prices describe the usual scope of service. Website and calculator totals are estimates. Final pricing or recommended services may change based on vehicle size, condition, excessive dirt or sand, staining, pet hair, odors, excess trash, access limitations, or requested add-ons. We will communicate material price changes before performing the additional work.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle, contact, service-location, and condition information.
- Ensure we have lawful and safe access to the vehicle and permission from the vehicle owner to perform the requested work.
- Remove cash, valuables, sensitive documents, child seats, and other important personal property before service.
- Disclose known damage, loose trim, electrical issues, leaks, delicate modifications, recent paint or body work, and other conditions that may affect safe detailing.
- Be reasonably available for questions, inspection, and completion of payment.
4. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Detailing can reveal scratches, stains, chips, fading, odors, wear, corrosion, or other conditions that were hidden by dirt or belongings. ZK Detailers is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, ordinary wear, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by undisclosed unsafe or fragile conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Personal Property
We will use reasonable care around items left in the vehicle, but customers should remove valuables and important belongings before the appointment. We are not responsible for loss of unreported items that remain in the vehicle, except where responsibility cannot legally be limited.
6. Scheduling, Weather, and Safety
Mobile service depends on suitable weather, lighting, access, and safe working conditions. We may pause, relocate, reschedule, or decline service when conditions could endanger people, property, equipment, or service quality. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. No cancellation or rescheduling fee applies unless a fee is clearly disclosed to you and accepted before the appointment.
7. Payment
The final agreed amount is due when service is completed unless we confirm another arrangement in writing. Any taxes or separately approved add-ons will be included in the final amount. Available payment methods will be confirmed with the customer.
8. Results and Customer Concerns
Results vary with a vehicle’s age, materials, condition, prior damage, and the selected package. We do not promise that every stain, odor, scratch, defect, or contamination can be completely removed. Please inspect the vehicle when service is completed and contact us promptly at 808-430-3893 or zkdetailers@gmail.com if you have a concern so we have a fair opportunity to review it.
9. Photos and Privacy
Contact, vehicle, and booking information will be used to respond to the request and provide service. ZK Detailers will not use identifiable photos of your vehicle for advertising without permission. License plates and identifying details should be obscured when practical before any approved promotional use.
10. Electronic Communications and Acceptance
By submitting a booking request and checking the Terms acceptance box, you agree to conduct this booking transaction electronically and confirm that you had an opportunity to read and retain these Terms. You may contact us by phone if you prefer not to submit a booking electronically.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under federal, state, or local law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future bookings. The version displayed when a booking request is submitted will apply to that request unless the parties later agree otherwise.
